Boar hunting on private property is open year round in Tennessee. However combo hunts that include whitetail deer Hunting or hunting for another animal must also run concurrently with state wide season and weapons regulations for that animal. In other words if you want to hunt wild boar and deer, the hunt dates are restricted to deer season.

Fair chase hunts require a state hunting license, see fees to the right.

4 - Wild Boar & Whitetail Deer Combo Hunt - This hunt includes 3 nights lodging, 3 days hunting, and meals. This is a semi-guided hunt with a bag limit of 1 boar and one buck.  This is 100% freerange, fair chase hunt.

5 - Guaranteed Boar Hunt & Whitetail Deer Combo Hunt - This hunt is for the hard core hunter who definitely wants to bring home a boar, but doesn't want to sit in the lodge after he does. The hunt includes 3 nights lodging, 3 days hunting, and meals. You also get one guaranteed boar from our fenced hunting area. Then you can spend the rest of your trip hunting fair chase whitetail deer, wild boar, coyotes or small game as seasons allow. The fair chase hunt is semi-guided hunt. The hunt has a bag limit of 1 guaranteed boar, 2 free range wild boar and one whitetail buck. If your hunt takes place during a time when anterless whitetail is open, you can hunt one of those also. The fair chase portion of the hunt is limited to one big game animal per day. This hunt also includes unlimited bag limit coyote.

Antler Restrictions & Bag Limits

Bag limit - The combo wild boar and whitetail deer hunts have a bag limit of 2 animals. For example you can get 2 boar, or 1 boar and 1 deer, as long as the combination stays within state bag limits which varies with season.

We prefer deer hunters harvest buck deer that have 4 points on at least one side. However, we do allow hunters to take smaller racked bucks if they are satisfied with those animals.

Hunting Methods

We cater to your hunting style. But generally speaking most hunters either hunt from a ground blind, from a treestand or spot and stalk. Depending on weather on animal movement sometimes all three methods are needed to put you on a wild boar and/or deer. Our boar hunts are NOT 'canned shoots', it's Freerange Wild Boar hunting.

Fair chase Hunts - License Requirements

Our deer and boar combo hunts are for wild, free range Tennessee wild boar and whitetail deer. Therefore, these hunts do require a Tennessee state hunting license. The exact license required depends on the hunters age, species to be hunted. Some military may be eligible for free license.

Our fair chase hunts do require a Tennessee state hunting license. So combination deer boar hunts must run concurrent with state deer hunting seasons and weapons. Freerange hunts also require a Tennessee State Hunting License. License fees vary with hunters age, game to be taken, residency. See below.

Basic Itinerary

Remember this is just an outline days can be adjusted to fit your needs.

Thursday - Hunters arrive in the afternoon. Go over lodge orientation, check weapons sightings, get belongings settled into room. Time permitted, go out for evening hunt.

Friday - Up at 6:00 eat breakfast, gather hunting gear head out to the woods for the mornings hunt.

12:00 eat lunch access mornings sightings, adjust afternoon method and/or location accordingly.

Dusk head back to the lodge for a good dinner.

Saturday - Up at 6:00 eat breakfast, gather hunting gear head out to the woods for the mornings hunt.

12:00 eat lunch access mornings sightings, adjust afternoon method and/or location accordingly.

Dusk head back to the lodge for a good dinner.

Sunday - pay balance of hunting fees, load up your meat and gear and head home.

Lodging Info

The standard package listed in hunting price list includes 3 nights lodging in one of our bunk rooms. You can upgrade to a private room for a nominal fee, details below.

Camping is also available on our property. Campers are of course required to provide their own food unless prior arrangements have been made.

Private Room

Add a private room to any hunting package that includes lodging. We have one private room available on a first to reserved, first served basis.
